How to Find Your IMEI
The IMEI is a 15-digit number located on the cellular communication module inside your panel. Here is how to find it for each type.
Qolsys (IQ Panel 4, IQ Panel 2+, IQ Panel 2, IQ Pro)
From the home screen, swipe down from the top to open the drop-down menu.
Tap Settings, then tap Advanced Settings.
Enter your installer or dealer code (default: 1111 or 2222).
Tap About and look for the IMEI field. It is a 15-digit number.
2GIG (Edge, GC3e, GC3, GC2e, GC2)
Press the 2GIG logo on the main screen (or navigate to the Toolbox).
Enter the installer code (default: 1561).
Navigate to System Info or Panel Information.
The IMEI number will be displayed on the cellular module information screen.
DSC (Neo, Impassa)
The IMEI is printed on a sticker on the cellular communicator module inside the panel enclosure.
Open the panel enclosure and locate the TL280 or TL880 communicator.
The 15-digit IMEI is on the label affixed to the module. You can also find it via the keypad under Section 900 using the installer code.
Interlogix (Concord 4, Simon XTi, Simon XT)
Open the panel enclosure and locate the cell radio module (often a small daughter board).
The IMEI is printed on a sticker on the module itself.
For Simon XTi: you can also find it in System Programming > Communicator from the keypad.
Honeywell (Vista 20P, Vista 15P, Vista 21iP)
Open the panel metal enclosure and locate the VISTA-GSM4G or iGSMV4G cellular communicator.
The IMEI is on a sticker affixed to the communicator module.
Alternatively, on a Tuxedo or 6160 keypad, enter the installer code and navigate to Communication settings to view the IMEI.
Not sure which panel you have?
Look for a brand name or model number printed on the front of your touchscreen panel or on the keypad.
If you have a metal enclosure with a separate keypad (typical of Honeywell Vista or DSC), the brand is usually on a label inside the enclosure door.
Still not sure? Call us at 743-253-7867 and describe your equipment. We will help you identify it and find the IMEI.
