We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation.
  • Alarm Event Logs: Retained for 12 months.
  • Video Clips: Retained per your Alarm.com plan (typically 30 days for cloud storage).
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
  • Support Communications: Retained for 24 months.
