Yes. Every self-service plan includes 24/7 professional monitoring from a UL-listed central station. When your alarm is triggered, trained operators verify the event and dispatch police, fire, or EMS to your location. This is exactly the same monitoring infrastructure used by major providers like ADT — the difference is simply who manages your account settings.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For example, you can start with Alert ($14.99/mo) and later upgrade to Watch Plus ($28.99/mo) when you add cameras. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
